🔁 Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery — no questions asked!
Please keep in mind:

  • We do not offer design or style swaps
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and packed exactly as you received it

📦 How to Exchange:
Just message us on WhatsApp at 0331-8262154 or email us at thewristpk@gmail.com to request an exchange.
We’ll guide you through the return process using our logistics partners like Leopards or PostEx. Once we receive and verify the returned item, your replacement will be shipped out.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability — we’ll notify you if your requested size or product is out of stock
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering cannot be exchanged
  • Processing time for exchanges may take up to 14 days depending on your location and product availability

💵 Return & Refund Policy

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Return Conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and returned with original packaging — including watch boxes, tags, and pouches

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or SadaPay
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility
